3. Maximum Financial Cap: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DEVELOPER’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE DEVELOPER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN DISPUTE.
